New product: the invisible push push turnlock
New to the Medium duty Push Push series is the "INVISIBLE" turnlock assembly.
The stud is installed at the bottom of the panel instead of going through the panel:
In order to install this special stud, you do need a minimum distance (G) between both panels of 5.33mm.
Then by pushing the panel to the frame below, the panel will open.
In order to know which stud length you need, depends on the distance between the panels:

The installation of the stud to the panel can be through mechanical installation with rivets (hole diameter = 3.6mm), by spot welding or by adhesive attachment.
As for the latter two installation methods, these are advised when stud length 6 or 7 is used.
In order for the turnlock assembly to function appropiate, there needs to be at least 4.32 mm of free travel space between both panels.
